During my practicum experience, I had the pleasure of working with the current administrators of Osgood Elementary in West Fargo, mainly Kristi Toy, my principal.  Since my ideal next step in my professional career is to become a dean of students, my primary focus throughout my practicum was developing my competencies regarding student behaviors and relationships.
